More Adsense Traffic

More Adsense Traffic by Phyllis Wasserman
If you've been running AdSense ads on your site for quite a while and you feel that you aren't making as much cash as you could, in 99.99% of cases you're right. Most people feel frustrated that they cannot generate the revenues they expected, and this is down to traffic levels as well as click through rates.
There are many ways to turn traffic into AdSense traffic and here is a short list of them with a description for each.
The first thing that you need to do is tune up your site's contents. While for some people this isn't an option (if you're running a forum for example it's a lot harder) most people can make their AdSense sites veritable cash cows.
To begin, you should find out what your site's keywords are. This is a basic technique in SEO (search engine optimization) known as keyword density verification. A good tool for this job is SEO Density Analizer.
You should then take this list of words and search the Overture Search Inventory or Google AdWords Sandbox to find out what other words could be doing better then what you currently have.
From that point on try to keep your site focused on the things that appear mostly in the keyword suggestions you receive. Try to include those keywords, or at least some related keywords as often as you can in the links on your site.
Because of the way Google AdSense works this is a sure way to increase your earnings because you'll get better ads in your AdSense banners, similar to how you would get a better Google PageRank
It's also important that you continuously add new pages to your site. This is very important, as the more pages you have, the higher the chance is that you'll get more hits on your ads.
It's also very important that you choose the appropriate formats for your AdSense banners and the best s for them. While this is a much wider subject you should generally know that the top three Google AdSense formats are: 336x280 large rectangle 300x250 medium rectangle and 160x600 skyscraper.
Make sure you choose the appropriate colors for the ads, as making them too different from your site's content (or just different in a bad way) is sure to make visitors regard them as banners which have nothing to do with the site itself.
Make sure these ads are positioned where they'll generate the highest amount of profit. Most times, that is said to be right before the beginning of your site's actual content.
On pages with a long text body, you might find skyscrapers to do better, simply because users get exposed to them for more time. Also, for sites with news or similar items, you might find a good position to be at the bottom of your content, because that's when people are finished reading your story and are looking for something else to do.
You should use more AdSense units if you have a lot of text on your page. Just make sure not to overdo it because you might find that you will get a lot lower CTR and lower revenues then you were getting in the first place by employing this technique inappropriately. You can add as many as three units, so use them wisely.
There's a Google AdSense Preview Tool that will let you visualize what ads would get served on your page and it can come in very handy as a testing mechanism.
Just make sure you respect the AdSense policy regarding click fraud. As a pointer you could place a picture next to your adds, just make sure to leave some room in between in order to make sure this isn't regarded as encouraging visitors to click the link.
Of course there are more ways to increase AdSense traffic from your site, but these should serve as a good starting point for income maximization.

Using Google AdSense to help you Earn Extra Money

Using Google AdSense to help you Earn Extra Money by Jessica Mele
Once you have decided that you would like to make some money on the Internet, it might be hard to try to figure out exactly how you can. One easy way to start off is to put Google AdSense on your website, if you have one. Google AdSense are the ads that you see on people's websites where it says "ads by Google", and also show up at the right hand side when you search on Google's website. If you have a page with AdSense on it, and someone clicks on it, you will get paid for the click. It can be a simple way to earn some extra income on your website, or a way to start earning income.
If you already have a website, and traffic going to that website, you can easily get an AdSense account from Google, and add a few ads to your site. The great thing is that the ads will be on the same topic as your website is, so the person who is visiting your site has a good chance of being interested in the ad. If they are interested, and click on the ad, you will get paid for it.
If on the other hand you don't have a website up, this can be a good time to start one. This shows you that you don't even need to be selling a product in order to earn an income. If you have a lot of knowledge on a certain topic, you can start a website on that topic. You can get a domain name, hosting, and put up a lot of information on the topic that you are interested in, and know a lot about. You can then add the Google AdSense ads, and you will be able to make money.
If you have a lot of knowledge on a particular topic, but don't want to spend any money at all, you can still use Google AdSense to earn money. There are many places you can start a blog for free, such as at Blogger. Here you will be able to start your blog completely for free, and still be able to earn income from AdSense, which is great. You will just have to put the time into getting all of the information about your topic so that other people will be interested in reading it. Another way to earn income from Google AdSense is to find a website that will share the income with you. There are many forums, or other sites like Squidoo that will share any income they earn through AdSense with you. So completely for free, you can set up a page or more with information, and end up earning money.
This is a great way for someone who is new to making money on the web to get started. It can be a very low cost (if you get your own domain and hosting), or even free to start, and you can start making money right away. While most clicks only give you a few cents here and there, they definitely add up, and before you know it you can be making a decent amount of money through Google AdSense!

Boost Adsense Income Killer Tips by Davion Wong
Gurus boost Adsense income using secret tips and tools that few know of. Occasionally, you do get to learn a trick or two when you join their lists or private membership forums. It takes some exposure and proper learning and application to know what really works and what don't work at all. Save yourself some time and find out for yourself what are some killer tips that can boost Adsense income.
Boost Adsense Income Tip 1 - Keyword Research
Keyword research is vital to rank in the search engines and for PPC campaigns. It should not be rushed into or glossed over if you intend to boost Adsense income. Many webmasters, both new and experienced often make the mistake of not doing proper and detailed keyword research. Anyone hoping to put your Google Adsense income on autopilot increase should invest in keyword research.
Some free favorite tools are Overture Keyword Tool, Google Keyword Research Tool and Goodkeywords.com. Alternatively, try the free trial of WordTracker and if you like, pay for the service. Other excellent paid keyword research tools include NicheBot and KeywordElite.
Boost Adsense Income Tip 2 - Content Research
People always say content is king. Content used to be king but now has become a pauper. Only by using unique content can you boost Adsense income significantly. In the past, duplicate content can still stick well in the search engines like glue. Nowadays, search engines spit them out of their index faster than they stick.
Successful webmasters create unique content using a few methods. One way is by researching and writing which can be painful but rewarding. Another method is rewriting private label articles. This is faster but sufficient editing of at least 30 percent is required. The third is hiring ghostwriters to do the job. This is great if you already have an established website, deep pockets or the returns would be significantly higher.
What about those article spinners or content rewriter that promises you unique content? Most article spinners merely perform keyword substitution and reorganize the paragraphs of scrapped articles from the internet. These are hardly unique in the eyes of search engines and in many instances, the content produced is incoherent. However, I have to admit that they can be useful reference if you intend to edit the spun content.
Boost Adsense Income Tip 3 - Mass Producing Websites
Adsense gurus make their fortune by owning multiple websites. It is true that Adsense is a numbers game. While several successful marketers profess that their Google Adsense income is built upon a few hugely popular websites, the rest win the game with sheer numbers. Not many people can build well-optimized sites that pull in thousands of visitors a day.
The only chance for ordinary folks to dramatically boost Adsense income is to build dozens, hundreds or thousands of sites. I have known people including myself who have succeeded using mini-sites and blogs surrounding expensive, high-paying themes like debt and health. Set your mind to build 2 mini-sites (5 pages each) a week, and in one year, you have 100 sites earning good Google Adsense income for you. Even if one site earns you a dollar a day, it is a $3000 monthly income.
That is really the truth to boost Adsense income. Dig deeper at my blog for more powerful tips and instant tools to boost Adsense revenue to another level beyond.

What is Google AdSense?
2007-04-02
What is Google AdSense?
AdSense may be one of the fastest and easiest ways to monetize traffic to your web site whether you have products or services for sale or you simply provide free content to your visitors.
Simply stated, Google AdSense enables website operators to place some code on their site that connects to Google’s ad server content database and pulls keyword-relevant advertising onto the web pages. The webmaster gets paid a percentage of the fee that Google receives from the advertiser every time a visitor clicks on an ad. There is no charge for the webmaster to participate in AdSense. All costs are covered by the advertiser who participates in the AdSense sister program called AdWords.
Google’s sends out digital “robots” which use proprietary algorithms to parse the host web page and analyze the content in an effort to determine what keywords are relevant. It reports its findings back to Google’s ad server which then serves ads matching those keywords. Given that the entire process is automated, the “ad robots” do a pretty good job of getting the advertising content right most of the time.
The History of Google AdSense
Google AdSense has its roots in the old “Google Content-Targeted Advertising” program which they introduced back in March of 2003. Although this program was similar in concept to AdSense, there was no automated way of participating. Each webmaster negotiated a deal directly with Google, and websites that served less than 20 million page views per month were not welcome to participate.
As Google grew, they began to see how much money they were leaving on the table by excluding the smaller sites, which greatly outnumbered the sites serving over 20 million hits that were willing to serve other people’s ads. Their answer to that problem was AdSense which has no minimum traffic requirements and is open to all sites meeting Google’s content and decency requirements.
How much can you make running Google AdSense?
The answer to that question depends upon three factors:
1. How much traffic your site draws
2. How many visitors click on your ads
3. How much those ads pay per generated click
With some ads paying as much as $5 or more, it’s possible that you can generate a serious income with AdSense. There are relatively well documented cases of some people earning as much as $500 per DAY and more. Numbers like that are rare exceptions however. Even so, there is no reason why you can’t earn somewhere around $1,000 per month, or more, once you get the hang of it.
How to get started using Google AdSense
Make a visit to Google’s AdSense
Site and sign up. Make sure that you read their Acceptable Use Policy and that you follow their content requirements. Google has their own “AdSense Police” who will have no problem booting you out of the program if you fail to walk the line.
Using Google AdSense on your site is like collecting free money. There’s no reason not to do it and potentially thousands of dollars worth of reasons to do it.

My First Cent From Google AdSense

My First Cent From Google AdSense by Olly
Dear friends, I checked my Google AdSense a few days ago. I was quite happy to find that the total earnings is no longer $0.00. I earn my first AdSense cent!
I know this is not a huge amount of money. But, this is a start. Everything begins with a single step, right? You cannot achieve your goal, whatever that is, if you don't take the first step. Even a million dollar would not be a million dollar if you lost one cent.
I am also aware that there are a lot of new internet marketers out there, just like myself, who really want to earn money from their internet business. Everybody wants to earn money. But, the thing is, whatever you do in order to earn money, you need to work your way to it. You have to EARN it.
There is no such thing as a get-rich-quick scheme. Even in the internet business, it takes time to do the research, the promotion, etc. It takes time to brand yourself. It takes hardwork to earn your success. It doesn't mean that to be successful in internet marketing is impossible. It is POSSIBLE. If there are already people out there who are successful in internet marketing, then you can also be successful just like them, or even more successful than them. But, to achieve that you must be persistent. Just work hard and enjoy the process.
I am not saying this as an expert or anything. I am also a newbie in this area. I just want to remind my aspiring netpreneur friends to keep your focus and be persistent to achieve your online success, no matter how many obstacles and confusion you may be facing at the moment.
NEVER let other people tell you that you cannot be successful. Everything is possible. You can learn everything. You just have to learn it and PRACTICE it relentlessly.
Just keep the spirit burning! OK?
